Have a few questions on your mind before picking out your favorite Sunseeker Weddings venue? There's a list of commonly asked questions below, but if you still need a few answers before you're ready to reserve your wedding slot, feel free to contact us at any time.
Please contact your Event Planner to set your appointment and ask how it works.
From the time you walk down the aisle until your exit is about 10-12 minutes. Before the ceremony, you will be greeted by your "day of" ceremony coordinator and given your flowers. You will meet with your minister to personalize your ceremony, and then with your photographer to review your photo selections.
Yes, you may. Our ministers perform sincere, wonderful ceremonies. We encourage you to watch live weddings on our website to get a feel for the flow of the ceremony. Click Here to View
If you feel strongly about writing personal wedding vows you will submit them to your account with us. Your vows need to be 1000 characters or less, each. Your personal vows will be said by you, and are not meant to be a script for the minister.
This is a unity ceremony where each of you light a new candle together to symbolize your lights becoming one.
You may also talk to your Event Planner about alternate unity ceremonies like a Sand Ceremony.
Yes. You will select the songs you want to be played from YouTube by providing the URL from YouTube for the songs you want to be played on your account. Please note that each selection will play for approximately 30-45 seconds, and our coordinator will fade each song in and out accordingly. We ask that you do not edit the songs, as the time frame they are played may vary. Custom Music charge is $40.
Alternatively, you can book a live musician such as a guitarist, harpist, or violinist to play live music for your ceremony for an additional charge, and this is based on availability.

Sunseeker Weddings embraces the Unplugged Ceremony concept. We believe that your family and friends should be able to sit back and enjoy the commitment you and your fiancé are making while letting our team of professional photographers and videographers capture your special day.
However, If the couple permits, guests can use their cell phones to take photos and record or livestream the ceremony from the comfort of their seats.
We do not allow guests to walk around during the ceremony as they may interfere with the ceremony and/or the staff of professional photographers/videographers who are capturing your special day.
You MUST pre-arrange our First Look Service. Without this service, you and your fiancé will meet together with your minister, "day of" ceremony coordinator, and photographer to go over any last-minute details.
As long as we have the First Look service in your package, the staff at your wedding venue will be prepared to keep you in different locations and ensure that you do not see one another before the ceremony.
It is your choice whether you have a religious or civil ceremony. All of our ministers are non-denominational ordained ministers. Their religious ceremonies incorporate scriptures from the Bible, and generally a prayer blessing your marriage.
A civil ceremony does not mention God, but rather focuses solely on your relationship together. Before your ceremony, you will meet with your minister, and one of the things they will discuss is whether you would like a religious or a civil ceremony.
Wedding rehearsals become not necessary when you have a professional wedding coordinator managing your event. Your wedding planner will collaborate closely with both you and the coordinator to map out the perfect lineup for your ceremony and reception. This seamless coordination ensures that you and your guests are well-prepared and can fully enjoy every moment of your special day.
A legal marriage is the joining of two people in matrimony by a person qualified by law to perform the ceremony (a minister, priest, judge, justice of the peace, or some similar official), after the couple has obtained a valid marriage license, issued in the State of Florida, and presented that upon their arrival to the wedding venue for their ceremony.
A commitment ceremony is a ceremony in which a couple publicly declares their commitment to each other without getting legally married.
Sunseeker Weddings welcomes both legal marriages and commitment ceremonies. If participating in a commitment ceremony, you will be asked to sign a waiver stating you understand that the commitment is not recognized by the government and thus not legally binding.
