• Choose Your Venue: Select the perfect venue for your ceremony. You have the option to "Reserve Now, Plan Later" or explore our packages.
• Select Date and Time: Once you've chosen a venue and package, pick your desired date and time to start the reservation process. (Unavailable times will not appear.)
• Booking Timeline: Ceremonies should be booked at least 7 days before your requested date. For bookings within 7 days, please call our wedding planners for availability.
• Accuracy is Key: Ensure all information is entered correctly when setting up your account.
• Reserve Now, Plan Later: If you opt to book a venue, date, and time only, a non-refundable deposit is required. A personal wedding planner will contact you after the reservation to help with the planning process, or you can add a package online at your convenience.
• Payment Details: The initial payment required depends on the chosen package, venue, date, and time. We understand life can be unpredictable; with a minimum of 14 days' notice, we can reserve your payment for up to one year in case of delays or cancellations.
• Communication: Once your account is set up and your ceremony is reserved, your wedding planner will reach out to you. You can also contact our wedding planners anytime with questions.
• Final Payment: To ensure a smooth experience, your balance must be paid in full 30 days before your ceremony. Any updates or upgrades within 30 days must be paid for immediately.
• Last-Minute Additions: Fourteen days before your ceremony, online purchases through your account will be disabled. Please contact your wedding planner for any last-minute additions and they will do their best to accommodate you.
• For a legal wedding, obtain a marriage license from a Florida courthouse and bring all of your documentation on the day of your ceremony.
• For a vow renewal, bring a copy of your marriage certificate on the day of your ceremony
